Prepress

Tiber’s prepress section is set up to receive digital files in PDF format for print products directly from our clients via electronic means.

We then create a cyanotype of the composition – a paper proof to ensure the correct positioning of text, images and ordering – that must be approved by the client before moving on to the print stage. Our technical team then carefully follows the client’s instructions in preparing the print materials using CTP.

Thanks to our advanced hardware and software systems, Tiber handles all the plate preparations for our printing machines directly. It is also possible, upon request, to produce a colour proof compliant with the Fogra standard.
